The baby horse is very cute, with funny proportions. Its torso is very small, with a large, ungainly head atop a short neck stump. The foal's four, long legs terminate in big, blocky hooves. Its tail is tiny and it has a short mane. The foal has one stud on its body, on its back, towards its hindquarters. It's pretty funny looking. The strange proportions of this horse capture the awkward gangliness of real foals.
