Hand Plushie

I made this plushie hand on 09/07/2025.

The plushie has a wire skeleton wrapped in quilt batting, and fleece fabric skin. It's stuffed with polyester fluffy filling from an old pillow. Its eyes are safety eyes.

It is very soft and squeezable, despite the wire. I felt that I did a pretty solid job sewing this time, which isn't usually true of my plushie work (LOL). It's been quite a long time since I made any dolls or plushies, so I'm satisfied with this return to the medium. This was a project I finished in one day, and I feel satisfied with the results.

The plush is entirely poseable, but after finishing up with sewing, I somehow snapped its neck (wrist?). It had to undergo surgery to replace the broken wire. It has since quickly recovered.
