Hand Plushie

I made this plushie hand on 09/07/2025.

The plushie has a wire skeleton wrapped in quilt batting, and fleece fabric skin. It's stuffed with a little bit of polyester fluffy filling from an old pillow. Its eyes are safety eyes.

It is very soft and squeezable, despite the wire. I felt that I did a pretty solid job sewing this time, which isn't usually true of my plushie work (LOL). It's been quite a long time since I made any dolls or plushies, so I'm satisfied with this return to making them. This was a project I finished in one day, and I feel satisfied with the results.

The plush is entirely poseable, but after finishing the plush, I somehow snapped its neck (wrist?), and I had to do surgery to replace the broken wire. It has since quickly recovered.
