The harpy, too, is a mythological creature. Early descriptions of harpies depict them as the personification of destructive winds (according to the Wikipedia editors). Today, they are most commonly represented as a bird chimera with the head of a lady. They are described as ravenous beasts with violent natures. My interest in drawing this monster is that it is cute (LOL).
