Unicorn Play Set

To start off, I'd like to introduce "Unicorn Play Set."

This lovely family is a recent acquisition of mine. There was also a "Pony Play Set," featuring ponies that were nearly identical in different colors, sans horns or wings. There were no color variations of either set at my store, but they do exist.

These ponies are distributed in Big Lots stores and are made by Polyfect Toys Co. The box boasts that the set comes with 32 pieces-- most of which are for playing with the ponies' hair.

The ponies have hard, thick bodies with little squishiness. Their hair is thin and greasy and especially unkempt.

The large ponies have hair styled with white ribbons, and the blue pony's hair is braided neatly and fastened with a pink rubber band. The big ponies have identical shooting star cutie marks stamped on each side of their flanks. There is a noticable gap between their head and neck, and the head can easily be wobbled to and fro.

The babies both have the same clusters of three stars as cutie marks, only printed on one side of their bodies. The purple baby has a stamp on its butt.
